Would you like a practice tailored to you at a convenient time? I offer full-length private sessions, which run 1-1:15 minutes. I also offer mini sessions, which are 30-40 minutes.

Full length sessions have the feel and the pacing of one of my therapeutic yoga classes, but with postures chosen specifically for you.

We talk over what your needs assess where you are currently, and move through the practice at just the right pace for you

Mini sessions are more concentrated on a specific focus. They are a good fit if you have a tight schedule, or physically 

need to practice in small doses.
